Where4ArtThou Gift Certificates can be purchased at our online store.
The gift certificates can only be used by the person you specify on the delivery address at checkout. We do not, however, contact the recipient other than to send them their certificate by email, and we do not add their address to any mailing list whatsoever.
Electronic gift certificates consist of a code which is sent as part an explanatory email telling the recipient how to redeem the gift value. Electronic certificates are sent to the recipient within 24 hours of successful payment and the email address is specified at checkout.
If you need the certificate to be received by the recipient on a certain date (e.g. Birthday, Christmas Day etc), then we recommend perhaps that you get the certificate sent to yourself and either forward it to the lucky person on the day, or print it out and give it to the recipient in a card to be opened on the day. You must still specify the recipient in the delivery address details at checkout.
All gift certificates are non-transferrable unique codes and can only be used once.
Gift certificates come in values of £25, £50, £100, £250, or £500, but you can buy as many of each as you like - up to 10 of each per purchase.
Gift certificates can be sent to friends, family, staff, business contacts - anyone you feel you would like to recieve a gift for art purchases. If you wish to send gift certificates to a large number of people, let us know as we can help make this task easier for you.
Redeeming
To redeem, you must be the intended recipient according to the details specified by the person who originally paid for the certificate.
Your gift certificate will have a code stated clearly within the details. Simply enter that code into the discount code box at the bottom of the products page before clicking on the 'order' button.
The online system will only allow one code per purchase. If you have multiple gift certificates you wish to apply to a single purchase, then at this point in time you can contact us and we will help out.
All gift certificates are non-transferrable unique codes and can only be used once.
If an email is not received or the certificate is lost, don't worry - just let us know! We will always check that a gift certificate has been redeemed by the intended recipient and we can always re-issue a certificate providing it has not been used.
Gift certificates should be used within 12 months of issue. Do contact us if you have a certificate older than this and have any problems with redemption
