Where 4 Art Thou

Where4ArtThou is part of the Digital-e group which has been trading under that name on the web since 2000, but our experience of providing a service to helping buyers and sellers connect online started back in 1996.

In 1996 the now owner of Digital-e set about providing a service which would tell buyers the best places to buy a brand new product in the market called a 'DVD'. A complex service took a DVD 'wants list' and determined where in the world the buyer should order from, splitting the order if necessary in order to provide the best deal for the buyer, including delivery. However, a victim of it's own success, the site was so popular it got shut down because it used up too much processing power on the web-server's computers!

Since then a variety of successful ventures have been started up with Digital-e being born in 2000 providing a minidisc and audio accessories retail website which still runs successfully today at www.digital-e-uk.com.

Since then Digital-e has become The Digital-e Group and has started many businesses including but not limited to www.coffeo.co.uk, www.Hippo4Life.co.uk, and this our latest venture at www.Where4ArtThou.co.uk. Digital-e also trades in the Amazon marketplace and on eBay where we have 100% positive rating and over 2500 unique customer feedbacks.

Based on the owner's computing past with visual graphics and interface design, it was perhaps inevitable that he should discover a passion with fine art. Building on our previous experience with trading online, and our outstanding reputation and service before, during and after sales, and with our penchant for entering niche marketplaces we soon recognized the need for a more organized way of bringing together the buyers and sellers of fine art in the UK. And so, this is why we've created this new website resource at www.Where4ArtThou.co.uk which we hope will, before long, become a useful resource for both buyers and sellers of fine art alike.
