How do I make an order?
At the FreezeThis shop, decide which products you want to buy, and select the checkboxes for the required items in the last column of the appropriate row. Moving the mouse cursor over any of the basket signs on the page will display your basket contents and cost, (includes delivery, but within the UK only).Then, click on the ORDER button at the bottom of the page. Another page will then appear showing what you have ordered and the total amount to pay.
Stock levels are kept online and you will be informed if your order is not in stock, either partially or completely. Payment will not be possible if your order is not completely in stock, but you will still be able to enter your personal details and we will contact you with details of when we expect stock to be delivered, or with alternative suggestions for your order.
Check your order, fill in your personal details and submit the form. You will then be prompted as to whether you wish to pay right away by debit card, credit card, switch etc. Alternatively you may wish to pay by alternative methods such as NoChex or PayPal. Additional options are available such as cheque, internet or phone banking, however, these require time to clear before your goods are dispatched.
Once we receive your order we will contact you by email to confirm receipt of your order, and if requested, we will give you details on how to make payment methods other than credit card.
As soon as we have received your payment and it has been authorized and has cleared, we will despatch your order, typically within one business day (Monday to Friday).
NOTE: By filling out the order form, you are making an offer to purchase the items at the price shown. We reserve the right to reject orders for any reason. A contract is not deemed to be made until the time we despatch your order.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. We accept debit and credit card payments online. We are able to accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa Debit, Switch and Solo cards. We do not accept Electron.
Payment will be processed via our secure server e-payment solution providers - WorldPay. Payment will only be processed in UK Pounds Sterling, and only residents of the UK are accepted.

Can I pay by other methods?
We already happily accept payment from uk customers by NoChex, in fact this is our preferred method of payment. We will also accept payment via PayPal. If you know of another secure and reliable payment method that you think we should accept, then do let us know. -

How do I pay by PayPal?
PayPal is a USA and UK based payment service available for use by many countries around the world, including most of Europe.In order to pay by PayPal you need to go to the PayPal website and follow the instuctions for opening a new free account.
You need to register a credit card - they take a small amount from your card. Your statement then shows a random id alongside the transaction and that is your validation code. If you have online statements, it only takes a few days to come through. The small amount taken off your card is subtracted from your first payment, so you get that back.
The PayPal website has a faq which should answer all your remaining questions.
When you are ready to send payment, you make it to an email address, which is registered to the payee. We will inform you of the payment address and the amount due at the time we confirm your order availability.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, of course.You can cancel up to the point we dispatch your order at no cost. If you wish to cancel after you have received your order you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods, however, you will have to pay for the cost of postage for the return. We will also be unable to refund the cost of services already supplied - ie the actual cost of posting the goods to you. If you wish to cancel after 7 days of receipt please contact us and we will do all we can to help. All refunds are provided the goods are still wrapped and in their original sealed condition as received. In the event of items damaged in the post we will replace or refund the items, provided the original goods are returned. In this case only, we will pay postage for the return of the damaged goods.
In all instances, please contact us first to discuss your situation and to determine the best resolution. -

How much are the shipping or postal costs?
Prices for delivery in the UK are as follows:
- Up to 500g - £2.25
- Above 500g - £2.25 + 75p per 250g or part thereof
- Maximum delivery charge of £12.00

Our actual costs vary but always include insurance as appropriate to the value of the purchase.
We send orders usually via Royal Mail First Class, or by Recorded delivery, Special Delivery or by ParcelForce depending on the size/value of the order.
We dispatch goods Monday to Friday and usually within 24 hours of the your order being successfully authorised (which is usually at the time of placing the order). Typically, goods are received within 2 to 4 days of ordering.
For international orders, we will charge according to approximate weight of your order and also factor in an estimate for the packaging. We will then charge according to the cheapest reliable airmail courier, which is usually Royal Mail for orders weighing under 2kg, and ParcelForce for orders weighing over 2kg. Both these couriers have pricing on their websites at www.royalmail.co.uk and www.parcelforce.co.uk respectively.

When will you send my order, and when will it arrive?
We only despatch orders on weekdays. We normally send orders the next weekday after payment has been made (and successfully authorized of course). An order made before midnight may often be sent next day.Orders under 1.5kg in weight, are usually sent by first class recorded (signed for) delivery, which normally takes 1 day for most of mainland UK.
Orders over 1.5kg are sent Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service, which aims to arrive within 3 days of despatch.
Orders of high value are usually sent Special Delivery next day service.
Where orders are of very high value we may deliver personally and will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
International orders, if agreed, typically take 3 days to Europe and 1 week to North America, for example.
If an order does not fall into the above category (oversized or overweight), we will let you know to discuss delivery options.

Do you ship internationally?
Not via the website ordering system where we are currently ONLY supplying those in the United Kingdom. Orders made on the website from outside the UK will NOT be sent. Payments on the website made towards non UK orders will result in only a 95% refund, as we will deduct 5% to cover charges towards our online payment solution provider.However, international orders and enquiries are welcome by email only info at freezethis.co.uk and payment will only be accepted by PayPal. (Note that Paypal is only available to a restricted set of countries.).
Additionally, for our prospective customers in the USA, there is also an option to send a Money Order to our associate in Miami. (Details supplied on order confirmation. All orders are despatched from the UK, and extra costs will be added to cover extra shipping charges abroad.)
